To become a Qualified Kelron Carrier just follow these simple steps:
- Contact a Kelron carrier relations representative to obtain a copy of our Carrier Set-Up Package
- Print and read all documents
- Complete the Motor Carrier Self Assessment, and the Carrier Information and Insurance Coverage Questionnaire
- Contact your insurance company to add Kelron as an Additional Insured
- Complete the Remittance Information form so we know how to pay you
- Print and sign the Carrier Transportation Agreement
- Fax all of the above to the appropriate Supplier Quality & Compliance (SQC) department
- Follow-up with your revised insurance certificate within 30 days
